PRODUCTION TIME

Every Velto item is printed on demand, specifically for you. Once you place an order, it goes directly to our production team. Production typically takes 3-7 business days before your gear is ready to ship out.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been produced and leaves the facility, shipping times vary based on your location. For EU/UK deliveries, expect 3–5 business days after production. International orders may vary. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders over €65 in Ireland and €150 in Europe. For orders below this amount, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because our items are printed on demand, production starts quickly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order is locked in the production queue and cannot be cancelled or altered.
