DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
If your gear arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we've got you covered. We offer a 30-day return policy for any defective orders. Just reach out to us with clear photos of the issue, and we will issue a free replacement or a refund.
NO RETURNS ON CORRECT ORDERS
To eliminate dead stock and waste, Velto operates entirely on a print-on-demand model. This means every piece of clothing is made specifically for your order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse or if you simply change your mind. Once an order is correctly printed and shipped, it is final.
EXCHANGES FOR SIZING
Ordered the wrong size? While we don't hold inventory for outright exchanges, we want you to look good in our gear. If your item doesn't fit the way you want, please reach out to us. Our exchange process for sizing issues is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will work with you to find a fair solution—like a heavily discounted replacement. Always check our sizing charts before buying.
